.My car broke down once and they sent someone out to get my v..

My car broke down once and they sent someone out to get my vehicle. They towed it to the closest dealer and they fixed it. I was also able to get a free oil change. Then they're gonna reimburse me for the ones that I got that I had just paid for so I emailed them all of my receipts and I'm in the process now waiting on that reimbursement. They were also willing to work with me when the place where I was getting an oil change was the one that was being impatient. I love them.

I called Protect My Car because I had an issue. They were like, "Have the mechanic call us." As simple as that. I’ve definitely been telling everybody about it.

I called Protect My Car see if the part would fall under the gui

I called Protect My Car see if the part would fall under the guidelines of getting my car repaired. The procedure was 75% easy to get done. 25% of the holdup was between the mechanic and communication with getting in touch with someone. They were ready to do the repairs, but there was a holdup between them and the connection with one of Protect My Car's staff members. But once they got the ball rolling, everything went smooth. Once everybody got connected, the same day, everything got done. I'm thankful that we have the program because it saved me some money. Even with the little hiccup with the communication, everything got taken care of. I was satisfied.

Submitting the claim with ProtectMyCar.com was all right. I ...

My car was messed up and Protect My Car sent a tow truck to get it. The process of submitting a claim was easy. They told me that I need the dealer write a ticket to call them and they went from there.

The young rep from Protect My Car that I worked with ...

The young rep from Protect My Car that I worked with simplified the protective coverage for the vehicle for my understanding. When I called the company back to upgrade the coverage for it, it was again explained and simplified for my understanding. I used the service recently at the dealership because the horn stopped working. There was also another issue. The dealer had to order a part for the vehicle. It took the dealer longer to order the parts than it did for Protect My Car to authorize the work to be performed. Protect My Car also paid for three days for a rental vehicle. I would definitely recommend them. It's very valuable to me because it definitely saved me. The total cost for repairs on my vehicle was close to $3,000. So it was definitely a money-saving issue, that I did not have $3,000 to pay for the repairs on my vehicle.

Very satisfied !!!!

I recently had a break down of my 2004 Chrysler Town & Country,
the radiator, and the fuel pump both went out at the same time. I took my van to a reputatble repair center and they did everything, they contacted Protect My Car, and Protect My Car paid for the repairs needed and all I paid was my $100.00 Deductable. If I did not have this coverage, There is no way I would have been able to pay the $1300.00 it cost to repir my van. Thank you Protect My Car. cause you actually protected my wallet, and my sanity.
